1. CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS AFTER MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been shipped and has left our facility.
2. CAN I ADD ITEMS TO AN EXISTING ORDER?
Yes, you may add items to an existing order provided we have not yet shipped it.
3. WHERE IS MY ORDER?
We ship out all in stock orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order. If your order is not in stock, it can take 4-6 weeks to be delivered.
4. WHEN AM I CHARGED FOR MY ORDER?
You will be charged at the time your order was placed.
5. WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the delicate nature of our pieces, all returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with all tags attached. To exchange or return your item for store credit, please do so within 2 business days from the time you received the package. Contact us for a pre-paid shipping label.
6. HOW DO I CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE?
Most items run true to size. Please see guide below. We can also do custom orders based on your specific measurements.
